About the Position

We are currently seeking a Norwegian-speaking customer service representative for our client's growing customer service team. Your Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls for the Norwegian market
• Respond to emails
• Manage customer cases

Your Profile

Your Experience
Have a willingness to help and a professional attitude.
Service experience is a requirement.
Previous work using the phone as a tool is a requirement.
Fluent in Norwegian and Swedish in both spoken and written form, and good knowledge of English.

About the Company

We Offer
Monthly salary: 30,000 SEK
Varied working hours between 8 AM - 7 PM. Closed on public holidays and weekends.
Nice office premises.
